Lead UX Designer, Shaw Communications Inc.
Background: The objective was to educate customers and non-customers about Shaw's Internet plans during a winter holiday campaign that promoted WiFi-enabled products.
Approach: Together, with the working team and Product lead, we created a page to educate users about Internet speeds and help them choose the plan that is right for them based on their household usage.
We brainstormed, sketched and iterated through multiple designs and algorithms before refining the preferred designs. We also coordinated with the vendor responsible for the remainder of the campaign to align our approach and design.

The results: The final result proved successful with over 1% conversion, nearly matching the average e-commerce shopping conversion. The scenario based shopping approach received positive recognition from both Shaw customers as well as the Shaw online experience team.
