Background: The objective was to redesign Shaw Webmail to improve usability. The primary barrier with the existing experience was the noise that resulted from the inclusion of functionality not need by residential customers.
Summary: First consulting with a colleague and later inheriting the project, created high-fidelity wires that included detailed interactions and worked with the visual designer to include nearly complete visual designs.
The high level of detail was chosen to effectively communicate to the development team, that was physically external to the creative team.
As a subject matter expert, I also contributed to the project planning and strategy to ensure complete functional and usable phases were ready for release.
